Payment Methods

Trek Voyagers PH accepts the following payment methods for all tour bookings and services:

• Bank Transfer / Online Banking — Direct deposit to our designated bank account (BPI, CIMB Bank, UnionBank).
• GCash / Maya — Mobile wallet payments are accepted for full and partial payments.
• Credit / Debit Card — Accepted via secure third-party payment gateways.
• Cash on-site — Accepted for select day-tour packages only, subject to prior arrangement.

All payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation. Please retain your proof of payment for reference.

Payment Terms
& Due Dates

To secure your booking, the following payment schedule applies:

• Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled according to the payment deadline provided by TREK VOYAGERS PH for the specific event.
• Full Payment: Participants may choose to settle the full tour fee upfront.
• Payment Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt and verification of the required deposit or full payment.

Payment Deadlines &
Outstanding Balances

Trek Voyagers PH strives to provide a smooth and well-coordinated experience for all participants. Timely payment is essential to secure transportation, permits, accommodations, and other event arrangements.

• Participants must settle their remaining balance on or before the payment deadline provided by TREK VOYAGERS PH.
• Failure to settle the required balance by the given deadline may result in cancellation or release of the participant’s slot without further notice.
• Once a booking has been confirmed, the 50% down payment remains non-refundable, subject only to the 24-hour refund eligibility period stated in our Payment Policy.
• Participants who anticipate difficulty completing their payment on time are encouraged to contact Trek Voyagers PH before the payment deadline for possible arrangements.
• No late payment fee is currently imposed. However, TREK VOYAGERS PH reserves the right to cancel or release unpaid or unconfirmed slots when the applicable payment deadline is not met.
• Any cancellation or withdrawal should be communicated to the team at least 7 days before the event date for coordination purposes.

The 7-day notice is for coordination purposes only and does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund. Refund eligibility remains limited to requests made within 24 hours of confirmed booking/payment.

Refunds & Cancellations

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Within 24 Hours: Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours from the time of confirmed booking/payment, subject to verification of the transaction and applicable payment processing conditions.
• After 24 Hours: All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by TREK VOYAGERS PH.
• 7-Day Coordination Notice: Participants who need to cancel or withdraw are requested to inform TREK VOYAGERS PH at least 7 days before the event date.
• Slot Transfer: The confirmed slot may be transferred to another participant if properly endorsed at least 7-days before the event date, subject to coordination and applicable arrangements.
• Rescheduling: Instead of requesting a refund, participants may request to reschedule or transfer their booking to an upcoming TREK VOYAGERS PH event, subject to slot availability and coordination.
• No-Show: Failure to attend the event without prior coordination will result in forfeiture of the payment and slot.
• Itineraries, departure times, routes, and schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road accessibility, LGU restrictions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. TREK VOYAGERS PH reserves the right to make necessary changes to ensure participant safety and trip feasibility.

The 7-day notice requirement is for coordination purposes only. It does not mean that a cancellation made 7 or more days before the event automatically qualifies for a refund. Refund eligibility remains limited to the 24-hour period following confirmed booking/payment.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error, discrepancy, or unauthorized issue involving your payment, please contact TREK VOYAGERS PH as soon as possible through our official communication channels.

• Provide your full name, event details, payment amount, date of transaction, and proof of payment when reporting a payment concern.
• If applicable, include your booking or registration reference number and a brief description of the issue.
• TREK VOYAGERS PH team will review the submitted payment records and coordinate with the participant to verify the transaction.
• Participants should retain their payment receipt or proof of transaction until their booking has been officially confirmed and throughout the duration of the applicable event or service.
• Payments made through unauthorized accounts or payment channels will not be honored.
• TREK VOYAGERS PH reserves the right to reject, cancel, or void unverified, incomplete, or suspicious transactions.

Payment disputes or concerns do not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund request. Refund eligibility remains subject to the 24-hour refund policy stated in our official Payment Policy.

Currency & Taxes

All prices listed on the TREK VOYAGERS PH website and in official booking communications are stated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise specified.

• All applicable event fees, inclusions, and exclusions will be clearly indicated in the respective event details or booking information.
• Participants are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their bank, payment provider, or financial institution, including applicable transaction or currency-conversion fees.
• Payments must be made only through the official TREK VOYAGERS PH payment channels provided during registration or booking.
• Participants are responsible for verifying the amount and payment details before completing any transaction.
• Any applicable taxes, government charges, or other mandatory fees will be clearly communicated to participants before payment whenever applicable.

Event prices and payment requirements may vary depending on the specific tour, destination, inclusions, and arrangements. Participants should refer to the official event details provided by TREK VOYAGERS PH before making payment.
